Dr François Thomas has 30 years of experience in the life sciences sector. He has been the president of Inserm Transfert Initiative. Jean-Edwin is the Fund Manager of Disruption Fund, a multi-cap fund investing in global equities focusing on high growth disruptive businesses in technology, healthcare and consumer sectors.
Prior to joining Quadrille Capital, Jean-Edwin spent 20 years as senior equity sales at Lehman Brothers and Barclays, including a role as a Tech Specialist, dedicated to UK and European based investors.

Véronique is the CFO of Quadrille Capital. She has more than ten years experience working as CFO for French private equity funds (Latour Capital and Perceva), after some time at Groupama Private Equity’s funds of Funds team and starting her career at HSBC France in the CIB Team.
Veronique is a graduate of Université Paris Dauphine and ESCP Business School.
Ha-Jin joined Quadrille Capital in January 2022 as General Counsel. Prior to joining Quadrille, Ha-Jin acted as Director of Legal Operations at Sofinnova Partners for 5 years and as Senior Legal Counsel at Bpifrance for 3 years, after having practiced as a lawyer in US law firms in Paris.
Ha-Jin graduated from University Panthéon Assas Paris II (JD), HEC Business School (Master in Finance and Management) in Paris and Columbia University School of Law (LL.M.) in New York. She is a member of the Paris and New York bars.

David is the CCO of Quadrille Capital. He previously worked for eight years for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young where he was a Manager specialized in audit for private equity and hedge fund structures and securitization. David is a graduate of ESC Lille, majoring in Audit and Finance & Controlling.
Chief Value Officer
Edouard rejoined Quadrille Capital in January 2022 as Chief Value Officer, after working there for two years (between 2019 and 2020) as Vice President. Prior to Quadrille, Edouard was Head of M&A at Idex, a leading energy infrastructure player, and spent nine years as an investment banker, most recently at Goldman Sachs, where he was covering French clients.
He started his career at Messier Maris & Associés, advising both corporate and private equity clients from various sectors. Edouard graduated with a MSc in Management from ESSEC Business School in Paris.
Romain joined Quadrille Capital in April 2021.
Prior to that, Romain spent five years at Drake Star Partners (formerly LD&A Jupiter), a corporate finance firm with a specific focus on the digital sector where he worked on numerous cross-border M&A transactions. He later joined the Technology Team at Rothschild & Co where he was Vice-President working on Venture Capital and M&A deals during three years.

Alejandra started her career at Messier Maris & Associés, an independent M&A advisory firm in Paris, where she spent 4 years. She was mainly involved in transactions across the Technology, Media & Communications sector. Alejandra is a graduate of ESCP Europe.
Vianney started his career in the Investment Banking Division of Nomura in Paris where he spent nearly 4 years. He participated in transactions in the Private Equity industry and advised clients in the Infrastructure & Energy sector. Mathias has been a former intern at Quadrille Capital in charge of the investments of the listed fund, Disruption Fund. Before joining the Quadrille team, Mathias has had several experiences in Asset Management at Crédit Agricole, Syquant Capital and Cholet Dupont AM. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Paris Descartes and a Master's degree from Paris Dauphine.
Adrien joined Quadrille Capital in 2021. Prior to that, he worked as a M&A analyst at In Extenso Finance and at Clipperton where he focused on technology deals. He was an investment analyst intern at Quadrille in 2019.

Salim joined Quadrille Capital in September 2021 as a Financial Controller.
Prior to that, Salim was Financial Controller at Impact Partners.

Victor Da Silva
Victor joined Quadrille in May 2021 as a financial controller .
Prior to joining Quadrille, he was Accounting Project Manager at BNP PARIBAS Finance for a year.
He holds a Master's degree of Finance at the University of Paris Pantheon Sorbonne.
Yan joined Quadrille Capital in March 2022. Prior to that, she has worked at KPMG as an auditor for nearly five years.

Arthur joined Quadrille Capital in May 2022, after working for Péru & Partners/IQ-EQ for almost 5 years.

Financial Controller, Disruption Fund
Dorsaf joined Quadrille Capital in June 2021 as a Financial Controller of Disruption Fund.
Prior to that, Dorsaf was Head of Risk and Middle Office at C-Quadrat Asset Management.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a Master's degree in Financial Risk Management from the University of Cergy Pontoise.
Arthur A. Seeligson III
Arthur A. Seeligson III is based in Houston and sits on the board of directors of Goodrich Petroleum, (NYSE). He was the head of the Houston offices of Harris, Webb & Garrison, of Wasserstein, Perella & Co., and, prior to that, of Schroder Wertheim & Company, Inc. Arthur was awarded an MBA from Columbia and earned his BA from Yale.
Pascal Daloz joined Dassault Systemes in 2001 where he served as Executive Vice President Brands and Corporate Development since 2014. He was Senior Analyst at Crédit Suisse for the Technology Industry.
Bernard Saint-André was until 2012 Executive Vice President for Strategy & Marketing at Dalkia, the European leader in energy services, where he also supervised energy market operations and Research and Development. Bernard is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and was nominated in the Corps des Ponts et Chaussées.
Edmond Alphandéry was Minister of Economy and was nominated thereafter President of EDF from 1995 to 1998. He was also Chairman of the Board of Directors at CNP Assurances and Director of Engie and Icade. Edmond is a graduate of SciencePo Paris and Univesity of Chicago.
Colette Lewiner is a member of the Board of Nexans, Bouygues, EDF and Ingenico. Until 2008, she served as Corporate Vice President and Global Leader of the Sector Energy, Utilities and Chemicals of Capgemini and was President of the European Nuclear Society. Colette graduated with a doctorate in Physics at Ecole Normale Supérieure.
