Quadrille Capital’s founding partners have worked together for 25 years.
Our team is led by four partners, three based in Paris and one in the San Francisco Bay Area. Overall, it includes eleven investment professionals who are supported by a back-office team.
Jérôme has executed over 150 private equity transactions in technology and energy since 2001, for the most part in the US and in Europe. From 2001 to 2012, he was the partner in charge of technology and energy investments at Quilvest Group. He also sat on the investment committee for their global fund of funds programs which has deployed $2bn. Between 1986 and 2001, Jérôme was at Lazard Frères, originating and executing transactions in the fields of technology, internet, energy and healthcare. Jérôme serves on the board of Coravin and Château Haut-Bailly and is an observer on several other portfolio companies' boards.
Henri de Perignon
Henri has carried out more than 125 private equity investments, primarily in the United States and Europe. He has also developed private equity programs for corporate groups. From 2001 to 2012, Henri was at Quilvest, most recently as a partner, with a focus on direct and fund investments in technology and energy. Prior to this, he worked for Lazard Frères, from 1997 to 2001, concentrating on technology, media and telecoms.
Ed is based in San Francisco. He has worked for Citibank and Apple, most recently as Director of R&D in Europe. For nine years he was Managing Director, US for a Venture Capital fund established by Vivendi, Cisco, Qualcomm, Nokia, Siemens and BT. Ed has also founded, managed and exited two technology companies. He has worked with the Quadrille team for 14 years. He is a graduate of Princeton and the University of Virginia.
Brice was previously at HSBC, in their M&A department, where he worked on the execution of several private equity transactions. He especially focused on the telecoms, industrial and healthcare sectors. He has a degree from HEC Paris and Université Paris Dauphine.
Fund manager of Disruption Fund
Jean-Edwin is the Fund Manager of Disruption Fund, a multi-cap fund investing in global equities focusing on high growth disruptive businesses in technology, healthcare and consumer sectors.
Prior to joining Quadrille Capital, Jean-Edwin spent 20 years at as senior equity sales at Lehman Brothers and Barclays, including a role as a Tech Specialist, dedicated to UK and European based investors.
Jean-Edwin holds a joint MBA from HEC in Paris and Columbia University, and a BA in Anthropology from Princeton University
Edouard spent 9 years as an investment banker, most recently at Goldman Sachs, where he was covering French clients. Prior to GS, Edouard worked at Messier Maris & Associés, a Paris-based M&A boutique where he started his career. He is a graduate of ESSEC Business School in Paris, with an MSc in Management.
Alejandra Duran Gil
Alejandra started her career at Messier Maris & Associés, an independent M&A advisory firm in Paris, where she spent 4 years. She was mainly involved in transactions across the Technology, Media & Communications sector. Alejandra is a graduate of ESCP Europe.
Akissi has worked for ARDIAN as a financial controller in the LBO division and for KPMG as an auditor. Akissi is a graduate of ESSEC (Chartered Accountant track) and holds a BA in Applied Economics and Business from Kingston University.
Vianney started his career in the Investment Banking Division of Nomura in Paris where he spent nearly 4 years. He participated in transactions in the Private Equity industry and advised clients in the Infrastructure & Energy sector. Vianney is a graduate of ESCP Europe and studied at Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan.
Augustin has worked as a strategy consultant at Estin & Co where he mainly focused on the industrial, technology and consumer goods sectors. He previously had an experience in Private Equity at Amundi. Augustin is a graduate of ESCP Europe with a major in corporate finance.
Guillaume started working as an M&A analyst at Natixis CIB before joining Far Ventures, a leading South-African Start-up Incubator. Guillaume is a graduate of ESSEC Business School majoring in Finance.
Solenn is a graduate of Paris Dauphine, MSc 225 Corporate Finance & Financial Engineering.
Chief Compliance Officer
David is the CCO of Quadrille Capital. He previously worked for eight years for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young where he was a Manager specialized in audit for private equity and hedge fund structures and securitization. David is a graduate of ESC Lille, majoring in Audit and Finance & Controlling.
Aurélie worked as Funds of funds analyst at Crédit Agricole d’Ile de France. She previously worked as Middle Officer on LBO financing at Natixis. Aurélie is a graduate of IAE de Paris majoring in Finance.
Rodrigue worked at EY in audit, where he spent almost three years. He was mainly involved in auditing SMEs companies in different sectors such as Biotech, Retail, Media, Infrastructure and Healthcare. Rodrigue is graduated of ESME Sudria, an engineering school, and holds an Msc in Corporate Finance at EM Lyon Business School.
Adrien worked as an auditor at PWC for three years focusing on Private Equity (Direct, Private debt, Funds of funds, Distressed), Securitization and Asset Management. He was previously Statutory Controller at Microsoft. Adrien is a graduate of Skema BS majoring in International Finance.
Pascal Daloz joined Dassault Systemes in 2001 where he served as Executive Vice President Brands and Corporate Development since 2014. He was Senior Analyst at Crédit Suisse for the Technology Industry.
Arthur A. Seeligson III
Arthur A. Seeligson III is based in Houston and sits on the board of directors of Goodrich Petroleum, (NYSE). He was the head of the Houston offices of Harris, Webb & Garrison, of Wasserstein, Perella & Co., and, prior to that, of Schroder Wertheim & Company, Inc. Arthur was awarded an MBA from Columbia and earned his BA from Yale.
Bernard Saint-André was until 2012 Executive Vice President for Strategy & Marketing at Dalkia, the European leader in energy services, where he also supervised energy market operations and Research and Development. Bernard is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and was nominated in the Corps des Ponts et Chaussées.
Edmond Alphandéry was Minister of Economy and was nominated thereafter President of EDF from 1995 to 1998. He was also Chairman of the Board of Directors at CNP Assurances and Director of Engie and Icade. Edmond is a graduate of SciencePo Paris and Univesity of Chicago.
Colette Lewiner is a member of the Board of Nexans, Bouygues, EDF and Ingenico. Until 2008, she served as Corporate Vice President and Global Leader of the Sector Energy, Utilities and Chemicals of Capgemini and was President of the European Nuclear Society. Colette graduated with a doctorate in Physics at Ecole Normale Supérieure.
He previously was CEO and Advisory Board Member of Rothschild Private Wealth Germany from 2002 to 2014. He graduated barrister-at-law from Ludwig-Maximilian Universität München and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
